I believe I have 3 more 42 kms left in my tank.

At the ripe young old age of mine, I firmly believe that if I invest in my health, eyes, ears, internal health, I (God willing) will be able to complete 3 more (at least) marathons.

There are numerous examples of people in their 70s and 80s who run like the wind.

So why can't I ?
