Discipline 101

 Discipline 

What it is : It is a  core value which you realise you MUST do like, for example, waking up at 5am in the morning to run 10 to 14km daily for 5 to days a week to condition my body to be ready for the ardous task of completing a marathon, in perhaps 6 - 9 months later.

It is forgoing many of the nice things like, sleeping late, lazing around, eating and drinking excessively as well as not having numerous occasional meetups with occasional friends for the sake of just 'catching up' when I have a goal to achieve.

Discipline and Sacrifice are like brother and sister.

Discipline and Hard Work are also relatives

Discipline is learning to say "No" when time is up and I need to rest in order to perform well mentally and physically for the next day.

Discipline is a MUST HAVE if I am to achieve any major goal in life.
